STEP 01

Find Your Item on USFans Spreadsheet

Start by browsing our USFans spreadsheet on TrendSpreadsheet.com. Find your desired item, brand, or category. Copy the product link (Weidian or 1688 URL).

Use filters to find items by brand (Jordan, Nike, Yeezy, etc.)
Check QC photos and seller ratings before selecting
Compare 2-3 sellers before deciding

STEP 02

Create a USFans Account

Sign up at usfans.fun using your email address. Verify your account and set up payment methods — Alipay or WeChat Pay are the main options.

Use a separate email for your USFans account
Set up Alipay for easiest payment (links to bank card)
Complete identity verification if required
Enable 2FA for account security

STEP 03

Paste the Product Link & Place Order

In USFans, paste the Weidian or 1688 product link. Select size, color, and quantity. Add to cart and proceed to checkout with your preferred payment method.

Double-check size charts — Chinese sizing runs small
Order an extra size up for most clothing
Add notes to seller in the order comments

Request & Review QC Photos

After the seller receives and checks your item, request QC (Quality Check) photos. Review all photos carefully before approving the shipment.

Ask for: sole detail, tags, stitching, hardware, comparison shots
Compare with retail reference photos

Choose Shipping Method & Declare

Once you accept QC, choose your shipping method (DHL, EMS, SAL, or Sea). Fill in your declare information carefully — item description and value matter for customs.
